Cool Spa on the main road, the path leading to the basement and the spa are very well done. - Very good pricing - Very responsive and polite while reserving - Huge establishment with a very method driven industrial approach - Vintage and retro feel to the whole decor and the process. - Did not like the neck massage machine they put on the neck. Defeats the whole purpose - Female masseurs do not massage men for wet massages - Room as very small and can hear the noise of what is happening in the spa and the moans from other rooms

I have very mixed feelings about this place. I went twice in one week and did two different massages. The first time, my husband and I got foot massages. The service, massage and communication made us feel comfortable. 4/5 stars at first. On our second visit we decided to get a full body massage along with shoulder and neck massage. We had the worst massage experience ever! It felt like pinching and the friction was unbearable. My husband told his masseuse to decrease the pressure and she said okay and continued on with no change. My masseuse never even bothered to ask me anything or if pressure was good and when I yelped in pain she gaslit me and said it wasn't that bad and proceeded to do the same thing on the other side of my body!!! My husband's knee ended up swelling up that evening. No tea service at the end and they just didn't care. 0/5 stars from that experience. This is how I ended up with 2/5 stars. The contrast in service and understanding pressure was nonexistent. I doubt we will be returning.
